Welcome to the 7th Sevenoaks (Halstead) Scout Group
The 7th Halstead considers Scouting to be family involvement and therefore when your child joins, you join as a family. Scouting in facilitated by adult volunteers and young leaders and therefore everyone involved needs to play their part in making it happen. Parents are an important part of helping to make it happen via the parent rota system at section meetings, helping at camps and fundraising events.
Parents can also take on the roles of skills instructors helping to deliver adventurous activities to the young people such as Archery, Climbing, Rifles, Kayaking,, Hill Walking etc.
